01 Acceptance of Terms

If your ck77 account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. If the closure is due to a breach of these terms, ck77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability
